My husband joined over a year ago and loved it. I resisted joining for so long as I was already a member of a gym. He loves it so much (he has never liked the gym) I couldn’t wait any longer as I felt like I was missing out so I recently joined. I am in week 2 and I should have done it ages ago! I am so glad I joined. All the trainers are great. They are knowledgeable and motivating and really take into account what you are trying to achieve. I have been a member of various gyms for over 25 years and this is different. It feels more personal, and more like a community. Everyone is supportive no matter your ability and the trainers have a genuine interest in your personal goals.For years I have just been all about cardio and really needed guidance with lifting weights to build my strength. I am early days but already feel stronger and progressing with the weights. I can't wait to see where I am in a few month's time. I love it already, the sessions fly by and I look forward to every one. That you HUSTLE and I look forward to my journey with you.

I am 12 months into my 6 week trial! This place is off the scale and although I am still me, have become a me I could only imagine. The HUSTLE community takes hold and the instructors inspire. I’ve been a member of HUSTLE for many years and cannot list all of the benefits - fitter, stronger, weight loss, expert advice, community. The list goes on. More recently due to some health issues HUSTLE have reached a new high in terms of what a fantastic place it is, always putting you first and foremost. The trainers are exceptional in their knowledge and advice, and moreover in adapting each and every session so that you can be the best you can be in every exercise and session but without making you feel ‘different’. If ever there was a place to put the personal in ‘personal training’ it is Hustle. It’s helped me to achieve fitness goals I’d never before considered and allowed me to experience things I’d never have been able to do before becoming a part of the HUSTLE community and family. I've been a member of HUSTLE for 4 months now. Before now I've never been motivated to keep going to the gym. But now I look forward to my group PT and class sessions so much I get up early to go with enthusiasm! HUSTLE is more than a gym, it's a community of supportive people and amazing PTs. During the PT session you learn how to work out properly while enjoying yourself. With nutrition and health support all along the way. Can't recommend enough, amazing place!

I have been a member now for around 5 weeks I’ve never been a gym person as I always thought they were intimidating and just a place I wouldn’t want to be but HUSTLE is not like that at all it’s friendly helpful both for body and mind the best investment you could make for yourself. After joining HUSTLE it has given me confidence to train, learn lots about lifting and technique’s from the fantastic coaches and my fitness and strength has improved beyond what I thought possible - especially in the cardio classes! I have taken on quite a few events outside of the gym with more to follow. I have made lots of friends and it has improved my mental heath massively. Before HUSTLE I was someone who signed up to gyms and never used them now I train 6 days a week and it’s amazing - without the coaches and their support I would never have achieved the things I have. You'll follow a structured 6 Week training plan designed to build strength, improve fitness and create consistency. Our coaches guide you every step of the way so you always know what you're doing and why.

How often do I need to train?
