One of the questions we hear most is:

"I've been training consistently., so why hasn't my weight changed?"

After weeks of showing up, eating better and putting in the effort it can be frustrating when the scales don't seem to reflect your hard work.

But the scales only tell part of the story.

Progress Is More Than Your Weight

When people think about progress, they often think about one thing and one thing only - their body weight.

But progress looks like:

  • Getting stronger
  • Moving better
  • Having more energy
  • Feeling more confident
  • Recovering faster
  • Building habits you can actually stick to

What the Scales Actually Measure

When you step on the scales, you're not just measuring body fat.

You're measuring everything:

  • Muscle
  • Body fat
  • Water
  • Glycogen
  • Food in your digestive system
  • Hormonal fluctuations

That's why you can weigh exactly the same as you did a month ago while looking, feeling and performing completely differently.

What matters is the trend over time not one random number.

Look Beyond the Scales

Ask yourself:

  • Are you stronger than you were six weeks ago?
  • Do your clothes fit differently?
  • Do you have more energy?
  • Are you more confident?
  • Are you turning up consistently?
  • Can you do things now that once felt difficult?

If one number becomes your only measure of success you'll miss so many of the changes that really matter.
