Do I need to be fit before starting?
Not at all. Most people who join HUSTLE are starting from scratch or getting back into training after a long break. Every session is coached and adapted to your level so you can progress safely and confidently. We're here to help you improve your fitness.
What if I've never trained with weights before?
That's absolutely fine. Everything is coached and taught properly from the start. We focus on good technique, building confidence and helping you get stronger safely.
What if I have niggles or injuries?
We can personalise your training to work around, and often improve, any niggles or injuries. We also work closely with a number of local physiotherapists to ensure you can train safely while continuing to get stronger and fitter.
What happens during the 6 Week Challenge?
You'll follow a structured 6 Week training plan designed to build strength, improve fitness and create consistency. Our coaches guide you every step of the way so you always know what you're doing and why.
How often do I need to train?
Most people train 2-3 times per week. This is enough to build momentum, see progress and develop habits without it taking over your life.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Our timetable offers flexibility so you can stay consistent even when things get busy.
What should I bring to my first session?
Just comfortable training clothes, trainers and a water bottle. We'll guide you through everything else.
Do you help with nutrition?
Yes. We provide nutrition advice to support your training and help you move towards your goals without extreme diets or complicated plans.
What are your membership options?
After your 6 Week Challenge, we offer a range of membership options focused on ongoing coaching, progress tracking and support. You'll discuss what suits you best during your consultation.
Where is HUSTLE located?
We're based at Ifield Green Playing Fields, Rusper Road, RH11 0HL. Free parking is available for all members.
